I can seem to perform issue Management from the Leaderboard reports. How do I perform Issue Management against these reports?
The Leaderboards are generated near the end of the month and contain a snapshot of the overall progress. Although a user can drill into the OpDiv or site-level reports from the main HHS Leaderboard, he/she will not be able to perform Issue Management from the leaderboard report view. In order to perform Issue Management, an individual must be a user on their respective Issue Management server. The user will need to log in and locate their reports via the Accenture Client Tool. Reports retrieved via the client tool maintain a session key which allows remediation to be performed.
