I cant seem to get my BirdVoicePEN to switch on, what should I do?

If the pen doesnt switch on, check that the lock catch on the side of the unit is set to release; check that the memory card is inserted correctly and that the batteries are the right way around; if there is still a problem, try replacing the batteries. If this fails then do get in touch with us so that we can help to resolve the issue.
