You will need to store your Outlook/Thunderbird folders in the “/mail” folder. You can pull this folder open by “subscribing” to it. Place any folders you want accessible via webmail there. If you still have issues, please verify that you have not specified a “IMAP Server Directory” or “Root IMAP Folder”. To check this value in Thunderbird, please do: 1. Go to Tools->Account Settings 2. Go to Server Settings->Advanced->Imap 3.
