The setup program is MFC-based windows progam. So, if MFC42.DLL is not installed or the incompatitable version installed in your computer, the setup program may be failed to start. If the program shows the message like “…MFC42.DLL…not found…”, you have to install MFC42.DLL. The installation procedure is the following: 1. download MFC42.CAB. 2. unzip the .cab file into your temporary folder. 3. execute the “mfc42.exe”.
