I can run algorithms on my data, I get messages about R (D)COM Server problems, invalid / unregistered COM objects, or about missing packages. How can I fix this?
First, check the connection to R (see answer above). If everything seems to be configured properly as far as R is concerned, make sure that you don’t have the French version of the .NET Framework version 2.0 installed. If you do, please uninstall it, and install the English version instead (or simply reinstall FlexArray ). I have a version of .NET Framework other than 2.0 already installed. Is there any way to install FlexArray without downgrading / upgrading the .NET Framework to version 2.0 Different versions of the .NET framework are designed to co-exist on the same machine. By installing 2.0 you won’t be affecting the other installation(s) of the Framework, or any applications that depend on it/them.
