A. Your userid is your first initial of your name followed by your middle initial (if used when registering) and your last name (with no spaces in between). Be sure to use all lowercase letters. Your password is initially set to the last 5 digits of your social security number. If you have changed your password and entered your email address when registering then, please click here to have it sent to you.
