You will receive you ISIConnect account number when you purchase your ISIC, Youth Travel Card or Teacher Card. It’s 7 + your 12-digit ISIC/ Youth Travel Card or Teacher Card number. You can then obtain your PIN number and password on the ISIConnect website after you type in your account number to activate your account. Click here to be directed to the ISIConnect website. If you forget any of your ISIConnect account information, call the ISIConnect Customer Service team – click here for the access number for your country. After you prove your identification by answering your secret question, Customer Service can give you your account number over the phone and can create a new PIN for your account.
