Use the Forgot password link underneath the login box. The password will be sent to the e-mail address you used to register for EndNote Web. I get a message saying “Sorry, your roaming access has expired. To reactivate roaming please login from your institution. You simply need to login to EndNote Web from a computer with a university IP address. Every time you do this EndNote Web gives you a token which allows roaming access for a year. You only have access to EndNote Web while you are a member of the university.
