I can remember if I signed up for the TransAlert service. How do I check?
You can check your subscription status by visiting the Sign-in Options on the NY-ALERT page and following the directions to input your e-mail address. The system will display your prior selections if you are already registered. If not, use the Enroll Now options on the same page to register as a new user.
