There may be one of these problems. If you’re not connected to the Internet, you will not be able to get past the splash screen of the application. If you have cookies turned off, you may not be able to get past the splash screen of the application. Weed uses Internet Explorer to display the user interface and it uses cookies to save configuration data on your PC. Finally, we have found occasional problems with Internet Explorer version 5.x. If you are using version 5.x of IE, upgrading IE to a current version is likely to solve the problem.
