I can’t open my FortisBC eBill. What should I do?
• You don’t have the correct viewing software. FortisBC attaches your eBill to an email in an Adobe PDF file format. You can download a free version of Adobe® Reader® from the Adobe website. • If you have Adobe® Reader® installed and are still having trouble viewing your eBill, close all browser windows, then try to view your eBill again. • If you still can’t open your eBill, please contact your internet service provider for support.
