I can’t install the software MyScriptNote, the setup failed or does not launch, what can I do ?

Check that your system well supports the MyscriptNote software (it works under Windows 2000/XP/VISTA). Try to install the software after having copied the complete folder on your computer (the error can come from a launch from the USB key (receiver). If the problem still occurs, please contact us at the following address in order to solve this problem: tech@dane-elec.fr. Note :Only one version of MyScriptNote is usable with the ZPEN, this is the one contained into the receiver. Do not try to download another version of MyScriptNote on internet (except from our website www.danedigital.com). It may affect the compatibility with .ELI files generated and the validation key communicated to you during the installation will be not compatible.
