This problem seems to be due to Windows XP, but it’s an easy one to solve: the Audio Codec “Voxware” removes the error. Simply click on this link: Download from Voxware Once this web site is launched, you’ll see a window with a warning message. This warning just says that Voxware is being installed on your computer. Click on “Yes” to perform the installation. Voxware will be installed within a few seconds. Once the installation is complete, a check mark will appear on the web site. This means that the Installation was successful. The final step is to click on Play in the Windows Media Player on the web site. You should hear a few words. After that Radio Herz works!
