I can get my network card to work on ResNet. Does ResNet provide support for this?
It depends. Many computers today come with integrated Ethernet cards. These will work fine on the ResNet network as long as they have the proper network drivers and are physically working. If there is a problem, it may be necessary to contact the computer manufacturer or purchase a different network card. ResNet will try to get the existing cards to work with the system, but there are some circumstances where the card is bad or not able to work in that specific computer. For better support and results we recommend purchasing brand-name cards such as 3com, Intel, NetGear, or LinkSys. Support for installing these in your computer can be provided by ResNet.
