I can fit a 40″ x 48″ x 18″ garden in my trunk; how am I going to get them home and planted?

In rare cases or when perennial or green plants are used you will have plants not in bloom. The space between the plants is generally not filled in when you get your garden. This is because we generally stay with the recommended planting distances for all varieties. How long will they last?
