Logs should be archived to: \whereyouinstalledwusage\data\wusage-accounts\accountname\log-archive If those are missing or empty, then the data is not available. We don’t have any reports of archived logs being lost — only of archived logs not being deleted on schedule, which meant that some people had *more* backups around than they actually wanted.
