You need to use WinZip twice. (WinZip is a bit weird when it comes to .tar.gz archives). • Unzip, with WinZip, like you have done. • Rename the extracted file (in this example, netpbm1.1-gallery1.0-linux2.2-redhat6.2-intel) from netpbm1.1-gallery1.0-linux2.2-redhat6.2-intel to netpbm1.1-gallery1.0-linux2.2-redhat6.2-intel.tar.
