I can connect to dial-up with Outlook Express, but can connect via Internet Explorer?
First, check your internet settings by clicking here. Additionally, check that you have the correct settings listed in Outlook Express. Open Outlook Express (when offline) and click on Tools, then click on “Accounts” and then “Mail”. When you click on “Servers”, check the details are correct.
