The utility “lmgrd” shipped with SilverCreek from Macrovision may not be fully compatible with Redhat Linux 9, Fedora Core, Solaris 8 and later release. You may need to download the latest Flexlm license manager utility lmgrd available at http://www.globes.com/support/fnp_utilities_download.htm#downloads and use it to replace the lmgrd utility distributed with SilverCreek. For SilverCreek for workgroups customers, you can find “lmgrd” in the wgserver home directory For node-locked SilverCreek Unix releases you can find lmgrd utility under bin directory from SilverCreek’s home directory The lmgrd utility is used to start INTRWORK license server.
