I cant breahte through my nose, may have something to do wtih nasal spray?
I agree with what everyone else has said about nasal spray, but since you’ve been like this for a month, and I assume you are still using the nasal spray, you shouldn’t be rebounding from Not using it. I suggest you make an appointment with an Ear, Nose, and Throat Dr (otylaryngologist). It sounds like you may have a deviated septum, and / or recurrent sinus irritation or infections or allergies. I had that problem. The doc got me on the right track. I highly recommend the specialist. I say 2 general practioners before being diagnosed correctly– neither was able to help.
