I cant authorize automatically (Internet Authorization) using my serial number due to Firewall Issues or other reason. What shall I do?

If you are not able to authorize automatically due to firewall issues or any other reason, tyou will have to go through manual authorization. You will have to send a site code via email to get a site key. Site code is a unique code which is used to authorize the software or courses manually. On the subject line of the email, please mention “Site Key Request” and send us your Name, Serial Number, and Site Code. We usually send the Site Key within a couple of hours, but please allow up to 24 hours to receive the site key.
