Minimal time will be lost, if any. Our delivery model means that candidates are working towards their NVQ as they go about their routine job so there is no loss of productivity. An assessor visits them regularly on site in the workplace to assess their skills levels, identify gaps and provide the underpinning knowledge and training. The assessor will then re-assess progress and once the candidate has achieved all elements of the qualification they receive their NVQ. The whole process can take as little as 14 weeks. Candidates are accredited for skills and knowledge which they already have as well as learning new techniques, all while they are in the workplace doing their job. Our assessors work to your production patterns and shift rotas. The only down time required is around thirty minutes per candidate for the initial induction and final sign offs on completion.
