That’s ok. All you need to do is find another investor to fund you or be a bird dog for, or partner with, another investor on your first deal or two then you can afford as many deposits as you need. The best place to start looking is your local investors club or your investor buyers list. REMEMBER…. make sure that paying and/or receiving a bird dog fee is legal in your state!
