I can access my tokens via the control panel. What is wrong?
There are many reasons for this kind of error, these reason range from corrupt install media to a corrupt OS. There is one thing however that should be checked during an installation of SmartPass 3.4 and below that can cause this problem. In the setup.ini file, there is a setting called “packages=”. If there are more than nine options under this setting, you will not be able to access the token via the control panel. To fix this, remove one of the options that you will not use so that there are only a maximum of eight options in “packages=” and re-install.
