I cannot seem to select the correct scan orientation for my EFI SendMe. What should I do?

In the SendMe Administrator tool, go to Application Settings than select Scan Settings. Ensure that you have selected the correct scanner model in the “scanner” dropdown menu on the right side of the pane.
