This is a known problem with Jaws PDF Creator v3.0 that is resolved in v3.3. Uninstall the software through Add/Remove Programs as far as it will go. Now, download theUninstall4-2K_Vista.reg file, please open the zip file and double click on the file inside. Note: The uninstall file works with Windows NT, 98, ME, 2000, XP, 2003, and Vista. 1] Answer Yes/OK to all prompts Note: Some items may already be gone. This is just incase they still remain. 2] Delete the icon from your desktop – Jaws ToPDF 3] Delete the printer from your Printer Control Panel 4] Open up Windows Explorer 5] Go to Start > Run [Skip this step if you are running Win 98/ME] – Type in ‘ net stop spooler’ – Click OK 6] Navigate to the location you installed the software – By default it usually installs at C:\Program Files\JawsSystems – Delete the Jaws PDF Creator folder and JawsSystems folder 7] Navigate to [For Win 98/ME] C:\Windows\Systems [For Win NT/2K] C:\WINNT\System32 [For Win XP] C:\Windows\System32 – Delete any
