Your hard drive is not operating properly. This could be due to few different of problems. Note: please be aware that opening up your Toppy will invalidate your warrantee. 1) you have a faulty PSU and it is not supply enough power to the hard drive for it to function correctly. Do a forum search for “molex” to diagnose this problem, the solution is to repair (difficult and inexpensive) or replace (easy and expensive). 2) Your hard drive has died. Try it in a PC with software that will let you read Toppy data to confirm. 3) Your front panel has died. Confirm it still operates by using the buttons on it. You may wish to read more about these issues by doing a forum search.
