I cannot load VOB files from the “Video_TS” folder of a standard DVD. Why?

Our software is just a video conversion tool, so it will not do a good job on DVD conversion. If you can remove the encryption of the DVD by other third-party program, such as DVD Decryptor, our software will be able to convert the decrypted VOB files.
