I cannot install Netpresenter Free Player software, or get an error message when I want to install the software. How can this be?

To install software on any Windows PC, you need to have Administrator rights. Otherwise the software cannot install or you get an error message (“Access denied”). When you log in as Administrator you can install the software. It might be that you are not allowed to download software on your PC (or to the PC that is linked to the large screen), for example because you work inside an organization. In that case, please contact your system administrator.
