I cannot hear any sound, what is wrong?
Firstly you need to double check that your speakers have not been switched off or the volume turned down. The sound file uses the free Macromedia Flash player, which is installed by default with your Windows operating system. On Macintosh PC’s or on PC’s that are using a non-microsoft web browser visitors may have to install flash when they first view your site if they have not done before however most visitors will have already done this when they have visited one of the millions of other flash sites around today. Some computers are connected via a proxy server and this may have been set up to prevent users listening to audio over the Internet. Firewalls and other corporate security devices may prevent certain types of images, programs and media content from reaching your PC. Speak to your system administrator.
