Ok, please try a couple of things BEFORE contacting tech support 1. Please try renaming the autoresponder. Sometimes, the system for one reason or another just does not like an autoresponder name and changing it slightly can fix it 🙂 2. Make sure you give it at least 15 minutes. It can take the system up to 15 minutes to update your autoresponder changes… so please dont give up after 30 seconds. 3. Make sure you are not redirecting your autoresponder to another autoresponder. This is very dangerous and can harm the server.
