A. If you cannot produce your licence in full (i.e. both parts of the new style UK licence) you cannot drive our vehicles unless we are able to verify your details with the DVLA. We can normally do this while you are in the office collecting the vehicle, but please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documents! It costs you 5.00 if we have to ‘phone DVLA.
