You can locate it on the CD that contains your Mac OS System software. The English Text-to-Speech installer is generally located inside the “English Text-to-Speech” folder which is located in the “Software Installers” folder. Do not confuse the “English Text-to-Speech” folder with the “English Speech Recognition” folder.
