Yes! At bebe-O we have thought of everything. Instead of squeezing all the nutrients into 1 or 2 huge capsules, we have split it into 4 smaller capsules for you to take daily. It is recommended you take 2 in the morning with breakfast and 2 in the evening with dinner. Plus, it goes down with no taste and no smell!
