I cannot enter information into the last three fields on the posting tab of the fixed asset record. Why?

The following information appears on the posting tab of the asset record, but can only be updated by your program when the Month End routine is run: – • Next Dep’n – This box shows the value of next month’s depreciation. • Date Last Posted – The date of the last depreciation transaction. • Dep’n to Date – The total amount of depreciation posted by your program so far (for this asset).
