I cannot count a WordPerfect file! What is the problem?
Please check if MS Word is installed on your computer. The program requires Word to count a WordPerfect file. Why PowerPoint’s statistics gives smaller word count than MTCount? PowerPoint counts text only in slides and does not count text in comments, headers, footers, handouts. MTCount can count this text if proper settings are set. Export to MS Word also gives smaller amount because only slides are exported.
