A. Please check that you have not installed Frontpage Extensions on your account from within your control panel (UK Servers) or by requesting support enable it (US Servers) as this automatically disables FTP access to the account to avoid corruption of the Frontpage extensions. Please note – this is one of our most common questions/problems!
