If your router didn’t open the ports for MSN Messenger voice and video automatically, there are two methods to support MSN Messenger voice and video: 1. If your router support UPnP function and Windows XP support UPnP, you can enable UPnP function in your router to support MSN voice and video. 2. If it is non-UPnP router, please configure router to allow incoming traffic on UDP ports 5004 – 65535.
