I can view my eStatements, search for checks, search by text, etc but cannot open any of the tabs such as FAQs, Disclosure, Cancel. Why not?

I can view my eStatements, search for checks, search by text, etc but cannot open any of the tabs such as FAQs, Disclosure, Cancel. Why not?

It could be two reasons. First, you must turn off your popup blocker or allow popups for this site. Second, you must have Internet Explorer 6 sp2 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 2 or higher for the tab links to work. Internet Explorer 6 sp2 requires Windows XP or higher operating system. Or, if you have Windows 2000 you can load Firefox 2 or higher.
