I can see from the display on the Issues button that my converted document has 7 accessibility Issues, but I cant see the list of Issues. How do I display it?

Just click the Issues button, and the Accessibility Issues pane will open on the right-hand side of the screen, together with the HTML/CSS Editor tools.
