I can print paper OK but 80 gsm labels keep jamming in my laser printer. Why is this?
A. Because self-adhesive laser label stationery consists of three layers, ie. the face paper, the adhesive and the backing, the typical total stationery weight is around 170 gsm. You should check that your laser printer is able to handle this stationery weight. If your printer used to cope well but the problem appears to be getting worse you may be seeing the effects of wear in the printer rollers.
