I can not send my paper as a doc, docx, or a pdf. What do I do?
If your paper will not send as a .doc or .pdf file, try sending it as an .rtf file. Most word processors support rtf, which stands for rich text file as it was designed for sending text across a number of platforms. To send you file as an .rtf, first open it, click "save as", when the box pops up for saving, use the pull down menu to select "rtf", or if your processor supports this method, simple type .rtf after the file name. Be careful that your word processor does not add ".doc" after your ending. Then, in whatever medium you are sending your document (such as email), browse for your saved .rtf file, select it, and upload.
