To retrieve your user name/id and a new password please visit our account lookup page. The system will send an email to the email address you have register in your account with your information. Please read the details in the email carefully, if you have any issues there are tips in the email that can usually solve any issues. Note that if you request your information more than once, only the password in the last email will be valid. Once you login you can change the password if you wish.
