I can not remember my password to log into my online application. Who do I contact?

When logging into your online application, click on the “forgot your password?” link. If you enter your username or the email address that you entered into your application, then an email will be sent to the account you have entered into your application. You do not have to enter both your username and email address. The system will be able to find your password with either piece of information. If your email address is no longer valid, then, due to security reasons, you will be unable to have a password sent to any email account. If this is the case please send an email to Beverly Jones or call 281-357-3100 to request your password to be reset.
