I can not control the DN-300 as a DV device with my NLE software for capturing. Why?

The DN-300 is not a DV deck like the Datavideo DN-100 or SONY DSR-11. As you can easily drag and drop (or copy) the files from the DN-300’s hard drive to your NLE system, there is no need for capturing anymore.
