If you click on “Use SAGE (eGC1) Training Server” link on the SAGE Welcome page and receive a “page cannot be displayed” error instead of going to the UW Net Id Login page, then your problem is most likely a local firewall. Please contact your computer support staff and explain that the URL for our training server specifies a particular port, “8109”. If they have a logical firewall installed it will need to be configured to allow this port to be used. The URL is https://ucstrain.admin.washington.edu:8109/era/uwnetid/sage/list.
