• Name Server changes have not taken effect across the internet — this can take 24-72 hours (full domains only) • MiniPortal is not running • IP Updater is not running • MiniPortal was not configured with the DNS Service account information (from the DNS Service ‘Account’ menu) • MiniPortal DNS Service settings for the domain are incorrect (DNS Service ‘Domain’ menu) • A router is in use, but is not configured to forward web server requests (default port: 80) to the IP of the machine running MiniPortal • Operating system firewall is blocking web server requests (Control Panel, Network settings, Advanced tab) • External firewall software is blocking web server requests (default port : 80) • Proxy server (or internet connection sharing program) is blocking web server requests (default port: 80) • ISP is blocking web server requests (default port: 80) If you are still having problems, please contact Technical Support.
