I can no longer attend the NSC 2008 Congress & Expo. Can I send a substitute?
A. Use the Direct Modify Link in your confirmation email to make changes. Substitutions must be processed before Friday, August 22, 2008. Any changes after this date must be made onsite. If you have lost your confirmation email, please contact NSC Customer Relations at 800.621.7619 or customerservice@nsc.org. If your badge has already been mailed, it must be mailed back to NSC with the new name to complete the substitution.
