I can logon successfully to the MyLeo portal but I get an error message when I try to logon to my Leo-Mail. Why is this?
The most common cause is a password mismatch between your MyLeo portal ID and your email ID. The MyLeo portal is similar to the door to a Mall, which allows you access to stores that may have their own door locks. When things are working properly (when none of the stores are closed), you should not be asked for another key (password) to access other modules. While you cannot change your Leo-Mail password directly, changing your MyLeo PIN changes your Leo-Mail Password. You can change your password via the Change Password dialogue in your MyLeo. Technology Services (903-468-6000 or HelpDesk@tamu-commerce.edu) can reset your MyLeo PIN to the standard initial configuration.
