I can log onto My.Emich, but not Blackboard. What should I do?
First, run through the browser tuneup and installed Sun Java on your computer. Secondly, make sure all popup killers are set up to allow webct2.emich.edu. Lastly, clear the browser cache and cookie cache to remove any Web files that might interfere with Blackboard. In rare cases, you may need to reset your My.Emich password to synch with Blackboard. You can do this at the portal website, my.emich.edu. Contact the IT Help Desk if you need further assistance.
